half way???

so today we went to the *Nimitz Halfway Party* at boomers. it was VERY hot today! temp in the car read 104 at 2:30pm. wow! but we soldiered on. Jonah fell asleep after church so he stayed home with Nana and Grampa. much better. it would of been misery if we brought him along. nothing for wee ones. So the big boys and i went on our merry way to a fun filled afternoon of miniature golf and arcade games. what fun! I got to ride the *go carts* twice. First with James, then with Colby! totally fun! i had never been to boomers before, or ever driven go carts. so i had a great time. Then we ran into the Weidermans! The boys were so excited to see friends and we all hung out the rest of the day. They fed us pizza, gave us tokens and wrist bands all for $10... and had yummy cake! we did'nt get home until 8:00pm! the boys literally fell into their beds....nice.

OH! yesterday when we got home from the pool, there was a package on our doorstep from our wonderful friends in KOREA! they sent me this fantastic bag from REI, for my birthday! totally LOOOVE it! thanks Days and Ryan! you guys are the best! totally my colors, too! YEAH
