the boys are well and so am I. So yesterday we went to LEGOLAND!!! oh my, the boys were thrilled beyond belief! first off they saw STAR WARS! so excited! 
then we saw the LEGO family! Jo was a little weirded out. 
Then he saw LEGO TOOT TOOT!! that made him very happy! he did not want to leave!
then we went to mmini LEGO VEGAS! totally cool!
then we went to LAND OF ADVENTURE were Nana {so awesome} stood over 2 hours in line for us to ride the Indiana Jones ride
.....uuuummmm, totally lame and not worth it! Sorry Nana...but she did get on the ride!!! then we went to some other rides and had ice cream,
played and it was generally a good time! we have to go back when it's not Spring Break! totally crowded!
we missed you, today!
then it was a bridge to far...so we went to Nana and Grampa's for a wonderful ham brunch! yuummmy! Thanks Nana for preparing all the yumminess! then they boys went to the pool with Grumps! and i fell asleep on the couch reading people magazine....wow. then the boys came home and we relaxed and played. it was a great day. only thing missing was you. hope your day was great too! we love you.
then it was off to the bubble table! where Colby, instead of using the wands, used his hands! i guess he figured he could do it better! Jo just watched. i think he was still a little sick. 
James made bracelets and went in the bouncy and played with the play-doh. He was the oldest one there...poor monk. after the egg hunt Nana and Grandpa took Jo home for nappers, i stayed with the boys for more good times~ Colby did the bouncy and i got him to make a bracelet.

right now the boys are out in the back on the bouncey pool! it's quite warm today and they are on *spring break* tons of watery fun! Jo is napping. i should nap too. maybe i'll feel better.

WOW! the boys loved it. then we had the opening season of swim at the Y. let the fun begin! Colby has turned into quite a swimmer! {what a change from last summer, do you remember???} James is rockin" it with the big kids, too! Jo wanted nothing to do with it. as usual. then we went to the church for the Easter choir rehearsal...James is singing at the family service this Sunday. cute. he's the only boy... so while James was singing his heart out, i took the little ones to the park for some wearing out. the met friends and played hard. Jo was asleep before we left the church. awesome! so the night is at it's end, and tomorrow i will be slaving away in the kitchen making *rice crispie eggs* for Colby's easter party at school. aaah, theses are the days of my life.
it was fun anyway.
Jo did'nt get outside, he was scared. but heres a cute pic of him...he is really getting big! today he said his first full sentence!!! "i want my book back, please" SERIOUSLY! he said it to Colby in the car. it was incredible. brought tears to my eyes...

today i worked out in the AM then took the boys for hair cuts...only got pics of Colbs, because i had to hold Squish down, literally. but they came out cute. then some art! while Jo slept.
Then we were on the playset for hours! IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL TO DAY!!! i love it here. just look at this pic of the light through our back door...stunning!
it was like 78 degrees we had all the doors open and a wonderful breeze was flowing....ahhhh, lovely. Around 5:00 Grumps came over and took the boys to the park for a picnic, while i went for a girls night out to *dream dinners* it was so cool! you go there and prepare all your meals for a month and freeze them, then take them out to cook. so easy and time saving! love it! most people save hundreds on grocery shopping ! i think we'll try it! 
Jonah had a blast running from the water and yelling at Colby in his own gibberish, to get out of the water!! it was cute
....then it all took an abrupt turn for the worst when he was running from a wave and fell then the wave crashed over him....it was over. pure bedlam. Then Colby fell in the dry sand and got sandy cheeks! He started crying because "it hurts when i walk" he said. so i had to schlep the two *yahoo brothers* back to the car whilst they were screaming bloody murder in both my ears! then to the ice cold showers for them, again screaming bloody murder. oh, the joys of beach days. but it was fun. James and my mom took a nice LONG walk on the beach. they had a great time and collected shells.

here a couple of my layouts {the fam one is not quite finished} and me with the girls, at 12:30 am.
that's why we look so sleepy. wow, what a horrible pic... BUT, yesterday, was the *piece de resistance* with a FULL SPA DAY courtesy the Nimitz. I guess they do this every year for 30 *lucky* military moms who's husbands are deployed. how wonderful. they even provided chid care for all the kiddos! They had a blast too! bouncies and activities and a BBQ of hotdogs and hamburgers! awesome. So, wow i had a facial then a *mini make~up make over*

but i'm not used to all that make~up and blush, but it was F U N! then it was off to the mani/pedi station and paraffin treatment, then a light *spa* lunch then a fab 30 minute massage!!! although i left with a raging migraine, i had a wonderful time! i think it was from the massage. she really worked my neck, but ooohhh, it hurt so gooood. here is my make up artist from LA, she was sooo cool!

then at then at the end of the day they took a couple pics of the boys and i for a card. too cute! and so relaxing. i'm so greatful to all those ladies who volunteered their services yesterday, and to all our husbands, wives, sons, daughters and loved ones who are serving this country.
